Frequently Asked Questions

Safety & Security

Yes. Our programs operate in well-established educational environments with comprehensive safety protocols. All partner schools are located in safe urban areas, and students are supervised by vetted bilingual staff at all times. We maintain detailed emergency procedures and partnerships with international-standard medical facilities.
Every partner school undergoes a rigorous multi-step evaluation including facility inspections, staff background checks, curriculum review, safety protocol assessment, and reference checks from previous international programs. Schools must meet our standards before any students are placed.
All students are covered by comprehensive international medical insurance. We have partnerships with hospitals that provide English-speaking medical staff. Our 24/7 emergency hotline connects to bilingual coordinators who can assist with any medical situation immediately.

We welcome parent visits with advance notice. We can help arrange accommodations and suggest family-friendly activities. However, to maintain program structure, visits are typically scheduled during weekends or designated visiting periods.
